We are a Charlotte based Interior Design firm with a focus in
space planning, construction documents and permitting
for commercial spaces.
Founded in 2013 by owner Elizabeth Shephard, Tenant Improvement Interiors has grown to become one of the premier industrial and office design firms in the greater Charlotte area. In recent years, the company has grown not only in number of employees, but also geographically into areas outside of Charlotte, such as Raleigh-Durham, and Charleston, South Carolina.

TI Interiors is specialized in:
